How long should I wait to report a claim?
Report a claim immediately. Reporting a claim will initiate an investigation including coverage and liability determination. In addition, the events of the accident will be clear in both driver’s minds and could lead to an accurate investigation.

How long will it take to fix my vehicle/home?
Once liability and coverage have been determined, the repair process should begin immediately. After approval of an estimate, the restoration period will vary depending on the repair service selected.

Should I report an injury? 
Always report any injuries sustained as a result of the accident to the handling adjuster.

If there is minor damage, should I still report the claim?
Yes.

What do I do if I receive legal paperwork or a lawsuit from another party?
Contact your claim adjuster immediately; Pronto then, will conduct an investigation regarding the allegations.  Pronto will pay the claims that you are legally liable to honor, subject to the terms and conditions of your policy.
