Eligibility: The Pronto Insurance Luis Miguel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal US residents of Texas, age 1r respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and the immediate family members of and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Buying will not help you win. Your chances of winning without making a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases something. It is illegal to give any advantage to buyers in a sweepstakes.
Entry: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 1. Please visit a participating Pronto location (Location Finder) to enter in person. Please fill out the entry and submit it to a Pronto Representative. Photocopied, illegible, garbled, fraudulent, or mechanically reproduced entries not provided by Pronto are not eligible. All entries become the property of Pronto and will not be returned. Pronto is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or misdirected entries. 2. Please visit prontoinsurance.com and find the Luis Miguel Sweepstakes button located under the main banner. Next fill in the required registration form. Pronto is not responsible if the internet, its website or any other online disruption, virus, Trojan horse, error or malfunction occurs for any reason whatsoever.

The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return Waivers of Liability and Publicity Releases, wherever lawful, within 5 days of a notification attempt. In the event of non-compliance with these official rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Failure to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules or failure to claim a prize may result in disqualification. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities will be released and held harmless for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from any claims, suits or other proceedings related in any way or sustained in connection with the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded.

Random Drawing/Verification of Potential Winners: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period on or about June 3, 2011, at or around 5 p.m. (CST). All Sponsor decisions are final. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone/email/text by Sponsor.
